What You'll Be Doing:
- Machine Setup: Load materials, set up tools, and fine-tune machine parameters to get the job done right!
- CNC Operation: Run CNC machines (mills, lathes, etc.) to create precision parts that meet our exact specifications.
- Offset Adjustments: Stay on top of machine operations by adjusting offsets and ensuring the highest-quality results.
- Quality Control: Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and more to make sure they hit the mark.
- Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Keep things running smoothly by performing basic maintenance and addressing any hiccups.
- Blueprint Reading: Interpreting blueprints and work orders to ensure the job is set up for success.
- Safety First: Adhere to all safety protocols and wear PPE to maintain a safe work environment.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Experience in manufacturing, especially aluminum fabrication? Perfect!
- Proficiency in CNC operation, including adjusting offsets.
- The ability to read and understand blueprints and technical specifications.
- A sharp eye for detail and a passion for quality.
- Basic knowledge of CNC machinery and cutting techniques.
- Strong problem-solving skills to keep things running without a hitch.
