Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Commercial Insurance Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs. This role requires a strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of commercial insurance products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial insurance sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
- Prepare and present insurance proposals to clients.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance contracts.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and product offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
What we are looking for:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial insurance sales
-A substitute for commercial insurance experience would be experience in one of our service line industries (hospitality, restaurants, private equity, construction)
- Proven experience in commercial insurance sales or a related field.
- Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Holds Illinois Property and Casualty License

Compensation
TBG offers Commercial Insurance Sales Executives the flexibility to choose a compensation structure that best supports their personal preferences. This may include a base salary of $40,000 - $60,000 and competitive commission spits or may be commission only with more generous commission splits.
