What You’ll Do :
As our HVAC Manager, you’ll be instrumental in building and leading our HVAC department from the ground up. Key responsibilities include :
- Team Development : Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing HVAC team.
- Service & Installation Expertise : Leverage your deep install and service knowledge to lead by example, running 1-2 sales opportunities daily.
- Revenue Goals : Drive the team to achieve $1 million in revenue within the first year.
- Sales Leadership : Showcase strong sales skills and the ability to educate customers on products and services to meet their needs.
- Operational Management :
Configure trucks and manage inventory to meet HVAC service demands.
What We’re Looking For :
The ideal candidate will have a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a drive for growth. Key qualifications include :
10 years in HVAC, with a proven track record in service and installation.
Clean driving record.
