What You’ll Do :
- Deliver exceptional customer service, building trust and rapport with every client.
- Prioritize safety first in all work activities, following industry best practices.
- Conduct comprehensive HVAC system evaluations and present tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
- Perform leak tests on pipes and tubing using pressure gauges, leak detection additives, or a soap-and-water solution.
- Utilize electrical test equipment to check circuits and components for continuity.
- Clearly educate clients about necessary services before beginning any work.
- Repair or replace faulty equipment, components, and wiring to restore optimal system performance.
- Diagnoses and troubleshoot heating and cooling system issues, verifying that repairs resolve the problem.
- Maintain detailed documentation, including accurate notes and photos before, during, and after service.
- Collect payments when required.
- Ensure every client receives a Five-Star experience during their service visit.
- Perform additional tasks assigned.
HVAC Service Pay Structure :
Hours 7am-7pm Monday-Friday with rotating Saturdays
