WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING | THE ROLE
The Customer Acquisition Specialist is responsible for generating leads with prospective customers via door knocking. This is a rare opportunity to work independently in an upbeat team environment, and learn sales from the best.
- Flexible hours according to the needs of the business, work/life balance
- Be adaptable to seasonal weather conditions
- Hours will vary due to seasonal changes and time changes
- May be asked to work weekends
- Ability to stand/walk for up to 6 hours at a time
- May need to navigate different types of terrain (ex. Stairs, sidewalks, hills)
- Ability to lift/carry up to 15 lbs. while walking up to 6 hours per day
WHAT YOU'LL BRING | THE PERSON
- Strong communication skills, verbal, written and interpersonal to initiate conversation with potential customers in the field
- Ability to work independently and stay motivated in a dynamic environment
