Licensed Esthetician (Full Time, 32 hours)
Location: Tallahassee, FL (in-office)
Schedule: Weekdays at least 2 Saturdays per month

- Licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist in the state of Florida

Bumblebee Skincare and Waxing is seeking a charismatic newBee who is:
- Licensed in the state of Florida (esthetician or cosmetologist)
- Available to work both weekdays and at least 2 Saturdays per month*

*All training will be provided in person and online. Initially, all training will include extensive 1:1 training in all facets of front desk coordination with our Lead Front Desk Coordinator followed by training with our Owner in esthetician techniques, product knowledge, and studio functions. The first six months will require Wednesday - Saturday hours.

What You'll BEE doing
- Create a Plan of Care incorporating professional products and creating home care regimens, product recommendations, service boosters all based on guests goals and needs
- Assist in supporting studio operations such as front desk and team member spa support when necessary
- Advance guest relationships through excellent customer service techniques, following scripts, systems and complying with them
- Stand for extended periods of time
- Attend and fully participate in all training sessions
- Implement and understand all policies and procedures set forth during training
- Maintain a professional BumbleBee social media presence
