We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. Duties
- Manage the front desk, greeting clients and visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
- Handle incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Perform calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings for staff members.
- Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring all clerical tasks are completed efficiently.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and correspondence.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks as needed.
- Support office operations by ordering supplies and maintaining inventory levels.
- Assist in other administrative duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Bilingual candidates are highly desirable to assist a diverse clientele.
- Proficiency in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for effective calendar management.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist is a plus but not required.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills are essential for success in this role.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.05 - $17.61 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
