Buncha is looking for a detailed oriented Full-Time Delivery Driver who thrives in a fast-paced, changing environment, loves helping people and wants to have an impact in making our neighborhoods greener. You will be responsible for picking up and delivering grocery orders from a Meijer location to the customers doors, ensuring accurate and on-time deliveries.

What We’re Looking for?

- Able to enthusiastically meet our driver standards for safety, timeliness, accuracy, and customer service
- Technical aptitude for operating logistics applications
- Adept at driving vans and/or larger vehicles and excellent spatial awareness
- Minimum age of 21 years old
- 2-3 years experience as a Delivery Driver
- Prior experience performing multi-stop deliveries
- Have a valid U.S. Driver’s License with a clean driving record; must pass background check and insurability
- Able to lift 50lbs or more and being on your feet for extended periods of time
What You’ll Be Doing?
- Work with our Operations team to:
- Deliver orders placed on Meijer.com with an optimized, predetermined route to multiple customers in our areas of operation; accommodating route changes as needed
- Coordinate with shoppers and pick up grocery orders from Meijer locations
- Adhere to delivery instructions, including special notes for accessing certain drop points.
- Effectively communicate work orders or other messages to and from shoppers, drivers, and dispatchers.
- Communicating with customers about order details, delivery or pickup times, and special handling requests
- Safely operate vehicles according to company training guidelines and standards
- Acknowledge and adhere to Company’s Fleet Safety Program, including use of dashboard cameras
- Control and monitor efficient delivery operations
- Organizing all orders each day inside the delivery vehicle and ensuring the orders are safe and will maintain excellent quality for the customer
- Maintaining records of vehicle checks and service needs
- Meet company operating policies and standards, including providing best-in-class customer service.
