Buncha is looking for a motivated Full-Time Shopper Associate who thrives in a fast-paced, changing environment, loves helping people and wants to have an impact in making our neighborhoods greener. You’ll be part of a new and exciting partnership between Buncha and Meijer Grocery for customers shopping on Meijer.com and fulfilled by Buncha.

What We’re Looking for?

• Highly motivated and self-managing with a passion for discovering/solving customer problems.
• Openness: we believe in radical candor and value everyone’s respectful point of view.
• Customer Obsessed: we believe in ensuring our users and partners always extract the maximum value from every interaction they have with our team, platform, and business
• Technical aptitude working with customer service, shopping, or on-demand service applications
• Able to enthusiastically meet our shopper standards for timeliness, accuracy, and customer service
• Minimum age of 21 years old
• Have a valid U.S. Driver’s License with a clean driving record; must pass background check and insurability
• Have reliable transportation and valid car insurance coverage
• Own a newer model Android Smartphone or iPhone (Android 5.0 or later / iOS 15) and in good working condition
• Able to lift 50 lbs & being on your feet for extended periods of time

What You’ll Be Doing?

• Work in local Meijer stores to shop, pack, & stage orders for our Delivery Drivers
• Use the Buncha app to receive Meijer orders, shop in-store, and communicate with customers within a set time frame
• Meet company standards for providing best-in-class customer service
• Able to enthusiastically meet our operational standards for safety, timeliness, and accuracy
• Engage with and understand our customers, including discovering and responding to customer needs through clear communication.
• Prepare and stage orders in a timely manner for our drivers.
• Do whatever it takes to delight our customers with a high-quality experience
