We specialize in overnight newborn care, sleep training, potty training, and daytime postpartum support, creating custom plans that lay strong, healthy foundations for both babies and parents. Our team is warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in each family's well-being.
Position Overview
We’re looking for experienced, nurturing, and professional Newborn Care Specialists to join our team. You’ll work directly with families in their homes, supporting newborns and empowering parents with evidence-based guidance and hands-on care.
What You’ll Do
- Provide overnight and/or daytime care for newborns, ensuring a safe, loving, and calm environment.
- Offer guidance and support to new parents on feeding, sleeping, and soothing techniques.
- Follow and maintain sleep, feeding, and diapering logs as needed.
- Educate and empower families with up-to-date newborn care practices and developmental milestones.
- Collaborate with our team to create custom care plans tailored to each family's goals and values.
- Light household tasks related to the baby (baby laundry, washing bottles, restocking diaper caddies, etc.).
- Maintain discretion and uphold the privacy and values of every family you serve.
- Lay the foundations for sleep
What We’re Looking For
- Certified or experienced Newborn Care Specialist, Doula, or Infant Care Professional.
- Passionate about helping families thrive during the fourth trimester and beyond.
- Knowledgeable in newborn sleep habits, feeding (breast/bottle), developmental stages, and safe sleep practices.
- Calm, dependable, and empathetic communicator with a gentle, supportive approach.
- CPR/First Aid Certified (or willing to become certified).
- Willing to work nights, weekends, or flexible hours based on client needs.
- Team player who respects Bundles of Joy policies and boundaries, committed to maintaining client trust and loyalty.
