Position Overview:
Bungalow is seeking an organized, tech-savvy E-commerce Inventory & Fulfillment Coordinator to join our creative e-commerce team. This critical role ensures seamless management of our online inventory, from product ingestion to optimization and fulfillment. You'll collaborate closely with our warehouse manager and e-commerce team to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency in online operations.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate intake and management of inventory for the Bungalow online store.
- Optimize online product listings, ensuring accurate, engaging, and timely product descriptions and imagery.
- Manage online inventory database, regularly updating stock levels, product details, and pricing information.
- Work closely with the warehouse manager to track incoming products, determining suitability for the online storefront.
- Fulfill customer orders promptly and accurately, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Identify discrepancies in inventory counts and quickly rectify issues to maintain online accuracy.
- Support the e-commerce creative team with administrative tasks and inventory reports as needed.
Qualifications:
- Technical aptitude and proficiency with online database-backed systems (experience with Shopify is highly preferred).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with e-commerce operations, inventory management, or order fulfillment is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally with warehouse and creative teams.
