Bungalows Key Largo, an exclusive all-inclusive, adults-only resort in the heart of Key Largo, is seeking a Bell Stand / Valet Attendant to join our team. If you have a passion for providing outstanding guest service and have experience in valet operations, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude upon arrival and departure.
- Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assist guests with luggage handling and transportation within the resort.
- Maintain an organized and clean valet area.
- Provide information about the resort and local attractions.
- Work closely with the front desk and concierge team to enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of driving experience with a clean driving record and valid driver's license
- Ability to drive both automatic and manual (stick shift) vehicles preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this will enhance guest interactions.
- Ability to lift and carry luggage, stand for extended periods, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact positively with guests from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and stand for extended periods while performing duties.
