Our serene, tropical environment is designed for guest to unwind and recharge, with beautiful outdoor spaces including our bamboo garden and stunning tiki huts areas. We are a boutique resort known for our warm, personal service and idyllic ambiance.
FRONT DESK RECEPTION - SPA AND RETAIL
We are seeking a personable and professional Front Desk Receptionist - Spa and Retail to be the welcoming face of our spa. You will play an important role in creating an exceptional guest experience in a relaxed yet luxurious environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet spa and retail guests with a warm and inviting demeanor.
- Handle spa and retail bookings, inquiries and appointments with efficiency and professionalism.
- Provide information about spa and retail offerings, resort amenities and local attractions.
- Maintain a calm and welcoming atmosphere in the reception area.
- Process payments, manage the spa and retail schedule, and ensure all guest needs are met with care
- Collaborate with the spa and retail teams to create a seamless and enjoyable experience for guests.
Typical times:
- 8:00am - 4:00pm Shift 1
- 12:00pm - 8:00pm Shift 2
Hourly pay plus commission.
