Bungalows Key Largo is a luxury, all-inclusive resort set in the stunning Florida Keys. We take pride in providing an exceptional guest experience, and our housekeeping team plays a crucial role in maintaining our high standards. We are currently seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor / Room Inspector to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and inspect 4 to 6 sections of guest rooms to ensure the highest cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Supervise housekeeping staff and provide training as needed.
- Assist in scheduling, assigning duties, and monitoring team performance.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
- Address and resolve guest concerns related to housekeeping.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless resort operations.
- Work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Skills
- Previous housekeeping supervisory or inspection experience in a hotel or resort setting preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Basic computer knowledge required.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus; English proficiency required.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
