Open roles include :

Maintenance Mechanic
Master Mechanic

Mechanic is responsible for the mechanical maintenance of the facility, including diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairment of equipment and instruments.Plant runs 24 / 7 operations. Schedules will vary & will work a rotating 12 hr shift schedule.Overtime required as part of the normal schedule, call out availability, and an on-call rotation.

Core Functions :

Predictive and preventative maintenance, including cleaning, lubrication, part replacement of plant equipment

Actively participate in all aspects of safety, including near-miss reporting and meetings

Follow all process safety procedures and controls

Operating mobile equipment / heavy machinery

Operation of various hand tools and power tools

Using measurement devices, including calipers, pi tapes, micrometers

Welding and cutting using a torch : tig, mig, and stick on piping and structural

Follow written instructions for maintenance

Understand and be able to clearly communicatethroughout the facility

Demonstrate the following core values and guiding behaviors which are expected of all employees at Bunge-Act as One Team, Drive for Excellence, & Do What's Right

Other tasks and activities assigned

Skill / Experience Requirements :

High school diploma or GED equivalent, preferred

Associates degree and / or technical certification, preferred

3 years experience as mechanic or millwright, preferred

Self-motivated individual who can work independently under little to no supervision

Ability to take instruction and follow directions, required

Comfortable working safely in high places.

Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Strong mechanical skills, preferred

Proficient in basic computer skills, preferred

Positive attitude & ability to work within a team atmosphere
