A Day in the Life:

Operate and learn the Textured Soy Protein Concentrate or Extruder process, Pack and Grind process, as well as packaging.

Position Details:

• Night Shift; 4:45p-5:00a
• This position works a 12-hour rotating schedule, including holidays & weekends.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Provide coverage for absences
• Maintain and operate Protein production and packaging equipment in department
• Follow a production schedule
• Produce in-spec product
• Perform assigned sanitation duties

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED, preferred
• Ability to work safely and follow all safety rules and policies
• Experience in Good Manufacturing Practices preferred
• Ability to operate various types of machinery, required
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment
• Good communication skills

• Time is accrued per pay period and based on an 8-hour shift
