BUNKER 27 is a veteran-owned lifestyle men's clothing brand. We are currently looking for an experienced screen printer to join our team. We welcome applicants with experience in Adobe Illustrator to apply, regardless of screen printing experience—training provided for the right candidate. Our objective is to start screen printing in-house. As a result, the chosen individual will be responsible for printing mainly for our brand for our retail stores, online platforms and fulfilling custom orders. This is a part-time position that has the potential to turn into a full-time job. For the right candidate, this is an excellent opportunity to grow.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN A CANDIDATE
- Must have prior screen printing experience or a strong background in Adobe Illustrator
- The ideal candidate should possess a strong attention to detail and have the ability to understand complex tasks thoroughly with a strong level of comprehension
- When faced with unfamiliar tasks, you are fast learner and self-taught. You utilize available resources to improve your knowledge on the topic.
- Love learning new things and taking on a challenge

Duties:
- Operate screen printing machine to print designs on various materials
- Prepare screens by coating them with emulsion and exposing them to UV light
- Mix and prepare inks according to color specifications
- Folding, packing, barcoding, shipping, and inventory management
- Load and unload materials onto the printing press
- Monitor the print quality and make adjustments as needed
- Clean and maintain printing equipment and work area
