**About Us:**
Bunkers Bar & Grill at Brown Deer Golf Club is a renowned hub for golfers and food lovers in the Coralville, IA area. While our peak season runs until mid-October, we also host banquet events all year round, providing continued employment opportunities for our staff.
**The Role:**
We're seeking reliable, customer-focused Servers / Bartenders to join our team. In this role, you will be crucial in creating a memorable dining experience for our guests, both at the bar and during our banquet events.
**Responsibilities:**
- * Greet and seat customers in a friendly and timely manner.
- * Accurately and efficiently take food and drink orders.
- * Serve food and drinks promptly and accurately.
- * Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- * Accurately manage cash and credit card transactions.
- * Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- * Assist with banquet events as needed, which occur year-round.
**Qualifications:**
- * Previous experience as a server/bartender preferred.
- * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- * Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- * Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and off-season for continued banquet event opportunities.
- * Physical capability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
