Summary :
The Housekeeping Supervisor will assist the Housekeeping manager in maintaining the overall cleanliness and presentation of the hotel, establish departmental objectives and procedures, as well as supervise Housekeeping staff.
The person in this position must have good communication skills, the ability to resolve conflict and a thorough understanding of Bunkhouse policies. Furthermore, Housekeeping Supervises must develop and maintain the company's culture, values and reputation in the public eye, and with all staff, guests, vendors and partners.
