- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
Skills:
- Proficient in customer service and guest relations
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong hospitality orientation with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Experience in cash handling and operating a cash register
- Ability to upsell menu items to enhance sales
- Familiarity with Nightclub or Food industry operations is advantageous
- Knowledge of reservation systems such as OpenTable is a plus
