Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
• Serve food and beverages to customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register or point-of-sale system.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food truck, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces.
• Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies as needed.
• Follow all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure safe food handling practices.
• Engage with customers to provide an enjoyable dining experience and address any inquiries or concerns.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a kitchen, culinary setting, restaurant, grocery store, café, or food service environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures and retail math skills are advantageous.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Food handling certification is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
