Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional with a background in library science to lead the development and management of a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. This role will be responsible for overseeing data organization, integrity, and accessibility within the CRM while implementing best practices for information management. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in cataloging, metadata, and database management to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of data input, retrieval, and reporting
Minimum Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Library Science, Information Management, or a related field.
- Experience in database management, cataloging, or archival systems.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (preferably Unanet/Cosential) and data management best practices.
- Excellent communication and training abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and customization of the CRM system.
- Maintain database integrity and accuracy, including data cleansing and duplicate record management across both the CRM system and Enterprise Resource System (ERP) housing project, firm and clients. (need some help incorporating this scope)
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the CRM system, evaluating new releases of Unanet CRM to determine functionality requirements and provide detailed impact analysis for affected departments/users.
- Develop and enforce data governance policies, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Organize, categorize, and maintain structured data within the CRM.
- Promote best practices and drive user adoption by engaging and training users; update training materials, help documents, and tips-and-tricks communications as needed.
- Generate reports and insights to support business decisions for accurate opportunity management, forecasting, and tracking sales performance..
- Support daily CRM activities for Sales & Research users in a busy front office environment.
- Collaborate across departments to identify user needs and work to optimize the user experience using CRM tools and technology.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- High proficiency in Salesforce, PowerPoint, Excel, Office 365/Skype, and Word.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding company financial and other sensitive information.
