Job Description
We are seeking a skilled IT Support & Network Technician to join our team. This role combines help desk support with a strong focus on network administration. The ideal candidate will have experience troubleshooting and supporting end users while maintaining and securing network infrastructure. Proficiency with Windows Server and SonicWall appliances is required.
Minimum Job Requirements
- 2 years of experience in IT support and network administration.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows Server environments (Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP).
- Experience with SonicWall firewall administration, including VPN configuration and security policies.
- Knowledge of networking concepts, including VLANs, routing, switching, and wireless networks.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (Hyper-V, VMware) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
