Job Description

As a Junior Environmental Engineer, Geologist, or Environmental Scientist your day will be a dynamic blending of office-based analysis with hands-on fieldwork. Your day might begin at the office, where you and a senior engineer review the project plan, organize field equipment, and coordinate with other senior engineers and project managers on the day's objectives. Once in the field, tasks may include conducting environmental site assessments, collecting soil, groundwater, or air samples, and documenting site conditions. Using technical instruments and sampling tools, you will work to ensure accurate data collection, all while adhering to safety and environmental regulations.

Throughout the day, there may be calls or meetings with senior environmental professionals to discuss project updates, address technical challenges, or review regulatory requirements. Flexibility is essential, as the day's schedule can shift based on client needs, weather conditions, or unexpected site challenges. By day's end, you will ensure all equipment is accounted for, data is properly stored, and reports are on track for internal review. The position offers a rewarding mix of problem-solving, technical learning, and field exploration, all while supporting critical environmental initiatives.
