Reporting to the Fulfilment Centre Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that safety, quality and service is managed effectively via management of all inbound related activities across the centre.
You will bring previous experience in leadership, the ability to work within a cross functional team. You will have a strong commitment to excellent internal and external customer service.
Your strong decision-making capabilities and the ability to communicate effectively, will support to lead and motivate others to achieve their best.

We are looking for a Coordinator – Inbound for our Wacol Trade and Fulfilment Centre!
Reporting to the Fulfilment Centre Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that safety, quality and service is managed effectively via management of all inbound related activities across the centre.
- Drive performance, ensure timely management of inbound deliveries to the site, enabling great service to our stores and direct customers alike
- Manage all inbound related practices including the breezeway and 3PL entry and exit hardstands
- Ensure a safe work culture is developed and maintained within the site and your team
- Work with transport carriers to reinforce service levels across inbound deliveries
- Build and maintain a robust schedule with inbound suppliers and provide regular and consistent feedback on driver performance to the TCC
You will bring previous experience in leadership, the ability to work within a cross functional team. You will have a strong commitment to excellent internal and external customer service.
Your strong decision-making capabilities and the ability to communicate effectively, will support to lead and motivate others to achieve their best.
You’ll Need
- Proven experience in a leadership role in a similar or equivalent position across inbound deliveries or transport
- Logistics or Supply Chain background is preferable
- Proven ability to mentor and inspire others, along with conflict resolution
- Demonstrated ability to work with key suppliers and internal customers to achieve corporate objectives and ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and influence internally across function areas and externally to achieve effective outcomes
