Shifts Available:
- Part-Time: M-F, 8:30 AM – 2:30 PM
- Full-Time: M-F, with options of 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, or 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Flexible Part-Time: 2-5 days per week

Position Overview:
We’re seeking dedicated Teacher’s Assistants to join our UPK/Pre-K 4 classrooms and help support the development of young learners. In this role, you’ll assist certified teachers with classroom management, curriculum implementation, and activity facilitation. You’ll also be an integral part of our efforts to provide a safe, fun, and educational space for children to grow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with lead teachers to implement daily lesson plans and assist with the execution of the curriculum.
- Lead or co-lead activities that promote early literacy, math, art, and science in an engaging, age-appropriate manner.
- Assist in creating an environment where children can thrive socially and emotionally, supporting their development and learning through structured and unstructured play.
- Supervise children during snack/lunch times and ensure their safety at all times.
- Help with maintaining a clean, organized classroom and support with light cleaning duties, including sanitizing toys, surfaces, and materials.
- Assist with the preparation of learning centers and educational activities to meet individual and group needs.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and fellow team members to foster a positive and supportive environment.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Pay: Starting at $15.50/hour

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- A passion for working with young children and supporting their developmental needs.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and take direction from lead teachers.
- Strong communication skills, patience, and creativity.
- Previous experience in childcare or early education preferred, but not required.
