What are the responsibilities and job description for the Child Care Afternoon Staff position at Bunny Village Child Development Center?
Bunny Village is currently hiring for part-time afternoon teaching positions. Candidates must have, or be willing to obtain, current CPR, First Aid, EPI Pen and Medicine Administration Certificates. A background in early childhood development and/or education (or qualifying Child Development Associates) is preferred, but for the right candidate not required!
Job Types: Part-time
Schedule:
- Available shifts for afternoon are 12pm - 6pm, 1pm -6pm or 3pm - 6pm
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Duties
Some of the responsibilities associated with this position are as follows:
- nurturing and caregiving of
children and infants
- organizing
- cleaning
- meal preparation
- lesson planning
- engaging with families
- implementing educational
curriculum
Requirements
Experience:
- Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)
- Childcare: 1 year (Preferred)
Certifications:
- CPR/First Aid
- Medication Administration / Epi-pen training
Not required, but must be willing to obtain.
