The candidate will be responsible for fieldwork with both end-users and channel partners to build brand awareness and drive sales by providing solutions that improve safety within each workplace visited.

Responsibilities:
- Develop user and channel partner relationships with key stakeholders in the assigned market while engaging and ultimately owning the end-user relationship.
- Effective and daily use of MCR Safety 360, our proprietary hazard assessment tool, to deliver improved safety, documented cost savings, and greater productivity for the user. This will require the candidate to be on-site, daily, at the various user facilities.
- Using MCR Safety 360 to drive end-user conversions at the user level, while guiding business to the designated channel partner
- Meet assigned quotas, sales objectives, and behavior goals as assigned
- Manage a large territory with multiple contacts.
- Expected travel is four days per week, engaging the end-user while performing 4-6 hazard assessments per week using MCR Safety 360.
- Strong presentations skills
- Maintain daily records of opportunities, calls, and lead information” within provided CRM Tool)
- Develop product knowledge to be seen as the product expert on Gloves, Glasses, Garments, and FR Clothing
- Collaborate and communicate with peers and sales team members to drive and replicate opportunities across North America.
- Assist with special projects when needed
- Assist other teammates with projects as needed
- Performs other related duties as assigned
- Participate in our corporate training in a manner which is both articulate and informative”)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in PPE and outside sales or Project Management.
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a leadership role related to sales and/or client or account management within the retail community.
- Sales/account Management/business Development
- Packaging/Retail industry understanding - experience preferred
- Solid understanding of the creative development process
- Project management/product development optimal
- Microsoft suite of programs; Word, Excel. TEAMs and Outlook
- CRM experience optimal
- Team leadership/accountability
