Seasonal Shipping & Receiving Worker (Monte Package Company)

Description

It's getting busy and we need a Seasonal Shipping & Receiving Warehouse Worker at our Riverside location to assist during our peak season which is May through October.

The Seasonal Shipping & Receiving Worker will perform a variety of functions that may include receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and filling orders from stock, loading orders on customer vehicles, or managing, organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse.

What You Will Be Doing

• Select orders from the warehouse
• Load customer vehicles
• Operate a forklift
• Assist with inventory control procedures including physical inventory and cycle counts
• Observe all safety policies and procedures
• Meet all productivity standards in a timely manner
• Work successfully in a fast-paced environment
  
  

Requirements To Be Successful

• A high school diploma or GED is preferred, but not required
• Forklift experience is required
• Lift heavy objects (up to 60 - 75 pounds) with or without accommodations for the entire shift
• Overtime will be required based on business needs
• Must have basic math skills; and be computer savvy
