What are the responsibilities and job description for the Data Entry / Vendor Contract Admin position at Bunzl?
The Vendor Contract Administrator opportunity is a heavy data entry role that will review, process, resolve data for Bunzls vendor cost contract. The Vendor Contract Administrator will also be required to update and manage the timing of changes to the rebate and item expirations for contracts.
Responsibilities :
- Update contract data in Bunzl AS400 systems and maintain the accuracy of associated data
- Ensure consistency and accuracy in data entry
- Learn to understand various rebate contract arrangements
- Cultivate partnership with internal customers and vendors regarding contract data
- Review rebate reports and customer accounts for accuracy and timely completion
- Develop additional responsibilities and participate in projects as directed by leadership
