Description
The Warehouse Clerk will assist and support the warehouse department with daily administrative activities related to branch operation.

The shift is Monday to Friday | 7 : 00 am - 3 : 30 pm
Responsibilities :
Process billing runs including labeling and including packing lists for cross docking if required
Routing of freight orders, including Bills of Lading preparation and labeling for common carrier shipments
Sort freight bills by category, run driver manifests, data entry of receiving worksheets and driver invoices
Driver Check-in
Maintain Excel spreadsheets, tracking different KPI's for warehouse and transportation
Assign selection orders to warehouse associates
Other responsibilities as assigned
Requirements :
High School / GED education required
Ability to perform clerical and administrative duties with speed and accuracy under limited supervision
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse / distribution environment is preferred
AS400 / iSeries experience preferred, particularly inventory / receiving functions
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Self-starter with the ability to multi-task projects
Must be detail-orientated problem solver
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
