Job Description:
We are seeking experienced and passionate individuals to join our dynamic team as Pizzaiolo and Line Chefs. Both positions play a pivotal role in crafting and delivering the perfect dining experience to our guests.
Pizzaiolo Responsibilities:
- Prepare and hand-stretch pizza dough to perfection, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Expertly execute a variety of pizza recipes, including traditional Neapolitan and specialty creations.
- Operate and maintain wood-fired pizza ovens, ensuring optimal cooking conditions and food safety standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate pizza orders and ensure timely delivery to guests.
- Uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards in the pizza preparation area, following health and safety regulations.
Line Chef Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu and restaurant standards.
- Ensure all ingredients are fresh and high-quality.
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station.
- Restocking of supplies.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and regulations.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a high-volume restaurant environment, with a deep understanding of Italian culinary techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional food quality.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with kitchen staff.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Food Handler's certification or willingness to obtain one.
