Salary Range:
$50,000 - $60,000/annually
Job Summary:
Under the direction of the General Manager, the Restaurant Manager is responsible for attaining the sale and profit targets established for Buona Restaurant and Buona Catering retail.
Responsibilities:
· Achieve sales targets
· Recognize all revenue areas & development strategies to impact sales
· Enforce and execute advertising and marketing plans, and HR and training materials
· Manage and control direct expenses
· Direct labor, food cost variances, repairs and maintenance, discounts, and other direct expenses
· Selection, retention, supervision, and training of all employees
· Adhere to established training programs
· Provide guidance to our talented & motivated team and lead them toward success
· Embrace our balanced corporate structure and strong, family-culture
· Enforce policies, procedures, and controls
Qualifications and Skills:
· Minimum of 3 years in restaurant management role
· Must be at least 21 years of age
· Drive thru and Catering experience preferred
· Ability to lead 10 team members per shift
- Financial acumen, particularly with budgets, payroll, revenue, and forecasting
- QSR Trend Awareness
- Strong knowledge of commonly used restaurant practices, concepts, and procedures
- Strong administrative, multi-tasking, organizational, and prioritizing skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills
