CDPAP Overview:
CDPAP allows those eligible for Medicaid to select, train, and direct their own caregivers. The wonderful part about the program is that it allows the individual to hire family members and friends, thus eliminating potential stress from strangers at home as well as language barrier issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow-up with warm leads: Serve as the main point of contact for individuals interested in CDPAP, answering questions and providing guidance.
- Obtain documents and determine eligibility for CDPAP: Collect required documents from potential customers and assess their eligibility.
- Enroll eligible customers: Assist eligible individuals with the enrollment process, ensuring all steps are followed for successful registration.
- Support existing customers: Provide ongoing support to current customers via phone, email, and text, addressing their needs and ensuring you provide excellent customer service.
Desired Applicant Experience:
- Experience providing outstanding customer service: Proven track record of delivering high-quality service to clients, ensuring their needs are met while also building strong relationships.
- An understanding of the CDPAP program: Knowledge of the CDPAP program, or a strong desire to learn about it and its processes.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Familiarity with Salesforce or other similar CRM platforms.
