We are looking for self-motivated individuals with an extensive experience in selling high-end jewelry and watches. You will hold the critical role of embodying the Burdeen’s values and culture in each client interaction, combining our heritage, expertise, and hospitality with your own flair and commitment for exceeding each client’s expectations and making every experience extraordinary. A positive mindset, excellent organizational and communication skills, and entrepreneurial spirit are required and will be prevalent in your performance.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent communicator and brand ambassador with a proven track record of building long-lasting client relationships.
- Consistently develop client relationships and exceed monthly targets through a passion for building your own successful business.
- Foster a clienteling culture, encourage an entrepreneurial spirit, reinforce client development to grow outreach business, and deepen the relationship with clients to drive lifetime loyalty and spend.
- Consistently capture client data. Cultivate new and existing relationships.
- Successful client retention and repeat business.
- Identify innovative ways to grow the business through delivering elevated client experience in each client interaction and scheduled appointments.
- Drive business by demonstrating the highest level of product knowledge.
- Convert walk-ins and prospects through genuine curiosity, discovery and follow up
- Elevate in-store experience by consistently delivering memorable moments to every client.
- Demonstrate passion for the Burdeen’s brand and its subsidiaries.
- Strive to receive the best feedback from clients and encourage them to share their opinions through appropriate channels.
- Excellent networking skills and involvement in the community
- Foster a cohesive and collaborative team environment
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems and CRM
- Must have authorization to work in the United States
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
