Civil Engineering Project Manager

As a key member of our team, you’ll have the opportunity to work on diverse public and private land development projects. Our Civil Engineering team is known for its innovative approach to problem-solving, tackling challenges on both large and small-scale projects.
With a strong track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget, we specialize in residential, commercial, and industrial developments.
Our projects include infrastructure, sewer/wastewater, water resources, roads, bikeways, trails, entitlements, and construction observation.
Work Arrangement:
- Hybrid Work: Available for those located near our offices.
- Remote Work: Available for those outside of our office locations.
- Relocation Assistance: Available for qualified candidates.
Your Role:
- Manage public and private land development projects, including scheduling, budgeting, client communication, and overall project design.
- Mentor and oversee the design work of staff.
- Develop new business opportunities, including writing proposals and conducting interviews.
- Manage multiple projects and client communications effectively.
- Oversee quality control and ensure compliance within the project scope.
- Apply expertise in drainage facilities, grading, street improvements, water, sewer, and storm drain system design and calculations.
What You’ll Bring:
- 7-10 years of experience in civil engineering.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Active California PE license.
- Proficiency in Civil 3D.
Above & Beyond:
- Experience in architecture, engineering, surveying, landscape architecture, or planning firms is a plus.
