We are seeking a service-oriented, Customer Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, data entry skills and logistics/order tracking experience. A successful candidate must show initiative, possess critical thinking skills, and the ability to successfully manage multiple priorities.
On our team, we focus on great relationships – with each other and our clients and customers.
Recipe for Success:
- Minimum High School Diploma
- Minimum of 2 years of Customer/Sales Support and administrative experience. Order entry experience is an asset.
- Prior experience with logistics/tracking orders is needed.
- Prior work experience within a CPG (Consumer Packaged Good) broker, sales agency or other food products is desirable.
- Strong computer and data entry skills are a must including Microsoft Outlook, Excel . Prior experience with MCS, EDI or other order entry software is an asset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Can do attitude exhibiting a high level of professionalism, personal accountability and accuracy.
- Proven ability to effectively multi-task. Excellent attention to detail and data entry capabilities.
Here is a taste of what you will be doing:
- Problem resolution including order entry/management and post sales activities to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle Customer issues regarding quality, credit/ collections issues, and transportation in a professional manner.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Develop and maintain customer and client relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Copies for the Sales Team as needed.
