The Role:

We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage Burdlife Jewelry’s end-to-end social media strategy. This role will focus on content creation, community engagement, influencer collaboration, and performance tracking to drive brand visibility and audience growth across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest.


Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Strategy:

  • Design and produce visually stunning short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Pinterest Idea Pins) and social media graphics.
  • Build a content library of brand assets, including product shots, customer testimonials, and lifestyle images.
  • Develop a 30-day rolling content calendar with at least 4-5 posts per platform each week.
  • Repurpose user-generated content (UGC) to align with Burdlife’s branding.


Community Engagement & Growth:

  • Monitor and respond to DMs, comments, and inquiries promptly.
  • Engage followers through interactive features such as polls, Q&A, and quizzes.
  • Collaborate with influencers for product seeding, increased reach, and follower growth.
  • Plan and launch UGC campaigns, encouraging customers to share content using #BurdlifeStyle.


Data Analysis & Performance Tracking:

  • Track social media KPIs, including engagement rate, impressions, clicks, and follower growth.
  • Analyze campaign performance and use insights to refine future strategies.
  • Deliver weekly and monthly reports highlighting successes and areas for improvement.


Key Deliverables (First 8 Weeks):

  • Week 1-2: Complete a social media audit, competitor analysis, and develop a content strategy.
  • Week 3-4: Finalize the 30-day content calendar and launch the first UGC campaign.
  • Week 5-6: Initiate interactive weekly engagement tactics on Stories and Reels.
  • Week 7-8: Measure campaign performance and deliver the first monthly performance review.


What You’ll Bring:

  • 3 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, CapCut, or Premiere Pro.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and content best practices.
  • Analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
  • Exceptional creativity, communication, and project management abilities.
