Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Transportation Coordinator/driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for scheduling/ safely transporting seniors to various locations while ensuring compliance with all transportation regulations. This role requires excellent driving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
Duties
- Safely operate company vehicles to transport seniors to designated locations.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and compliance.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel usage, and delivery times.
- Communicate effectively with seniors and other drivers ans well as other team members regarding schedules and any potential delays.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while on the road.
- Provide excellent customer service during interactions with clients
Qualifications
- Valid drivers license
- Previous experience as a transport driver or in a similar role is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of transportation regulations and safety protocols.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
