This position is with HQ/Energy, Minerals, and Realty Management Directorate (HQ300), Division of Lands, Realty, and Cadastral Survey (HQ350) located in Washington, DC.

Qualifications:

In addition to meeting the education requirement, you must possess one (1) full year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 level or higher, that will allow successful performance of the duties of this position.
Specialized experience is further defined as:
- Experience directing and managing staff and the development of regional or local policies, procedures and guidelines for areas of cadastral surveys.
- Experience assisting in the development of program budgets, policies, procedures and guidance for all aspects of the cadastral survey program.
- Experience updating regulations, policies, guidance, and procedures for areas of the cadastral survey program.
- Experience tracking progress and implementation of assigned projects.
- Experience leading and managing complex cadastral surveys.

Federal employees in the competitive service are also subject to the Time-In-Grade requirement in accordance with 5 CFR 300.604. If you are a current Federal employee in the General Schedule (GS) pay plan and applying for a promotion opportunity, you must have completed a minimum of 52 weeks at the next lower grade level.
