- You will serve as a lead case manager and lead member in a prisoner housing unit.
- You will provide day-to-day operations in the housing unit concerning sanitation, rules, adherence to daily schedule, appointments and prisoner discipline.
- You will conduct interviews with prisoners, review prisoner history and collaborate with subordinates, peers, re-entry and clinical staff to plan and develop a program plan and IDP and recommend treatment and education programs.
- You will provide parole and clemency preparation and recommendation.
- You will provide guidance, support, advice and instruction in regard to prisoner case management and counseling.
- You will provide one on one counseling to prisoners in difficult cases where treatment needs have determined such service is appropriate.
