As a Project Director at the Bureau Veritas Group, you will be responsible for leading the overall direction, completion, and outcome of all assigned projects as contracted by our clients.
You will monitor project progress to ensure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met. Key responsibilities include:
- Directing and managing project development from beginning to end, including managing consultants, general contractors, vendors, specialty contractors, budgets, internal departments, and developers for each project.
- Navigating and overseeing contract administration, change orders, budgets, schedules, and client delivery of each project.
- Providing project management for multiple sites and states concurrently with stellar organization across multiple initiatives.
- Experience with proposal preparation, budget development, forecasting, and financial management.
- Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Identifying and mitigating project risks, ensuring proactive problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle.
