Position Summary
The purpose of this position is to identify potential new customers and successfully assist to convert these prospects into new business across all BVCPS Business Lines and manage these customers through a start-up period after launch.
Objective
Meet or exceed the annual stated new sales goals both on an individual basis and for the division. Align with the Program Manager through BV Network by liaising with all aspects of the testing, inspection, and / or consulting services provided to assigned clients as well as develop the client relationships at multiple levels (executive to manager) to ensure a successful program launch.
Major Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify potential customers and generating new business opportunities for the Company by listening to customers’ needs and problems, and steering them towards services that can help address those needs.
- Contact and qualify potential customers and manage own clients
- Manage leads through the sales pipeline by setting appointments, following up on leads, and tracking progress towards meeting sales goals.
- Work closely with the site Leaders and other sales team members to ensure that our company’s sales targets are achieved.
- Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
- Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
- Assist in selling services within pricing scope as defined by operations.
- Use CRM, Salesforce to forecast and monitor client sales and identify new business opportunities.
- Successfully address day-to-day client requests, problems, issues, and complaints.
- Works with marketing and other departments to constantly improve customer-facing communications and product information by sharing client feedback gained in the field.
- Prepare for and participate in client meetings and presentations, training seminars and / or tradeshows.

Experience and Educational Background Required for the Job
Compensation Range : $65,000 - $85,000 base pay with variable pay uncapped, based on experience (., the job posting is not necessarily reflective of actual compensation that may be earned, and actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as locations, education, experience, and skillset)
