Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to assist with procurement, budgeting, labor tracking, and other administrative processes. This role is essential in ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial and project-related records. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, the ability to work across departments, and a proactive approach to maintaining accurate documentation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with procurement, ensuring accurate and timely processing of purchase orders and change orders.
  • Support project budget management through monthly reviews, audits, and financial reconciliations.
  • Provide support to project teams by addressing inquiries, verifying coding, and maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Oversee labor tracking and change event records, ensuring they are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with project goals.
  • Write bid proposals in conjunction with the estimating team.
  • Assist leadership/management with additional operational and administrative tasks as needed.


Qualifications:

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel or the ability to quickly learn and apply Excel tools effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills across departments.
  • Experience with procurement, budgeting, and reporting processes preferred.
