We are seeking an Associate with excellent research, writing, analytical and advocacy skills that are interested in working on exciting and cutting-edge Mass Tort cases. Candidates with 5-7 years of civil litigation experience who are truly committed to sharing Burg Simpson's core values are encouraged to apply.
This position will work closely with other senior attorneys on complex Mass Tort cases collaborating with senior attorneys, other associates, and legal staff in developing case management strategies for complex legal issues.
This is a full-time, in-person and permanent position.
