Burg Simpson is seeking an Associate Attorney for an exciting opportunity to be part of its Personal Injury team.
Our ideal candidate will have excellent writing skills, progressive civil litigation experience that includes motions briefing, taking, and defending depositions, arguing motions, and trial or arbitration experience in personal injury litigation, and will collaborate with senior attorneys, other associates, and legal staff in developing case management strategies to complex legal issues. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced attorney to obtain second-chair trial experience. A license to practice law in Colorado is preferred.
This is a full-time, in-person, and permanent position. SALARY RANGE: Salary within the range is commensurate with the candidate’s level of experience.
0 to 4 years of experience: $90,000 - $115,000
5 to 10 years of experience: $120,000 - $145,000
