Role Overview
The Business Analyst SME will focus on delivering the BOFT Content GenAI program, acting as both a Business Solution Analyst and Project Manager. The role will lead delivery from the Informatics side and requires expertise in content supply chain transformation within the life sciences industry.
Key Responsibilities
Compliance
Adhere to regulatory guidelines (e.g., FDA) ensuring all marketing content is accurate and truthful regarding drug efficacy and safety.
Target Audience Segmentation
Develop content formats tailored to healthcare professional specialties and needs.
Multi-channel Distribution
Deliver targeted content through digital platforms, email campaigns, conferences, sales reps, and websites.
Content Creation
- Produce diverse content formats, including:
- Product information
- Educational materials
- Case studies
- Clinical data summaries
- Videos
- Infographics
- Thought leadership articles
Modular Content Approach
Build reusable content components for customization across varied audiences and situations.
Content Governance
Implement clear review, approval, and version control processes to ensure consistent and accurate marketing materials.
