Job Summary
Our Facilities Maintenance associate plays an essential role in our overall operation. Many components and versatility are highly essential to this role including but not limited to; recycle consolidation, trash/waste, restroom restock, sweeping, mopping and any other tasks of ensuring operable standards. This role will also perform general building repairs.
Job Duties
Essential Functions
Ope- Recycle and consolidate trash/waste, restocking restrooms, sweep and mop.
- Provide shop floor cleanliness in and around machines for safety purposes.
- Maintain overall support in operations; change light bulbs, restroom restocking, moving heavy items around for reorganizing- a truly versatile team player.
- Maintain logs for accuracy and accountability; daily, weekly, and monthly.
- Performs general repairs that do not require a specialized technician. Examples may include repairing drywall, painting, and repairing other building fixtures when needed.
- Communicates supplies and materials needed for repairs and maintenance.
- Operating equipment and machines, such as cars, trucks, forklifts, ect.
- Ability to perform multiple tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously while performing various other duties as assigned.

Job Specifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and good verbal communication.
- Must have positive attitude and willing to help whenever/wherever.
- Knowledge of general repairs
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools
- 1 year driving experience and clean driving record
- A valid, unexpired driver’s license (MVR report required)
- Proficiency in using GPS/Navigation system
Physical Specifications
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times
- Standing for extended periods on hard surfaces
- Regular physical movement and exertion
- Continuous movement; reaching, pulling, lifting, bending, stooping, and standing.
- Must be physically able to climb ladders
