Restaurant Manager

Reporting to the District Manager, General Managers lead the charge in ensuring delivery on guest satisfaction through managing the daily operations on the restaurant. General Managers manage financial controls, operations, provide leadership to crew members and assist with sourcing recruiting and hiring of staff.
Job Requirements
- High school Diploma or GED, preferred
- 1-year restaurant with supervisory or management experience, preferred
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Recognizes and solves routine problems
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds
