As a Crew Member, your primary responsibility is to ensure timely and excellent service while delivering high-quality food in a friendly manner. Key duties involve providing exceptional customer service, professionally taking orders, and preparing made-to-order food with precision. Additionally, maintaining cleanliness, following safety protocols, and promptly replenishing supplies are essential tasks. Emphasis is placed on punctuality, maintaining a proper appearance, and proficiently operating equipment, including cash registers. Your success in this role hinges on adhering to established performance standards, company guidelines, and demonstrating core abilities such as effective communication, basic math skills, teamwork, and maintaining professionalism even under stressful situations.

All Crew Members are hired as "variable hour" employees. Hours are scheduled based on business needs, employee availability and performance.
Requirements:Physical Requirements:
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with company policies and procedures, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs
- Regularly required to stand, walk, talk and hear. Frequently required to use hand to finger motions, handle or feel objects, reach with arms and hands
- Must be able to maintain balance to stand and walk for extended periods of time in an environment with hazardsincluding slippery (wet or icy) floors, sharp equipment, and waist level kitchen hazards including fryers and stove tops
- Ability to execute frequent repetitive physical motions such as walking, bending, reaching above head, reaching at waist level, reaching below waist, button pushing, for up to 8 hours a day
